Safeguarding at our school
The school and Trust fully recognise the responsibility they have to protect children and support pupils in the Trust to be safe from any kind of harm. All staff, governors, external staff and volunteers at Welford are safeguarding trained.

What to do if you have a concern about a child or family
Speak with one the safeguarding leads at school.
Safeguarding across professional partners in Northamptonshire is co-ordinated by the Northamptonshire Safeguarding Children Partnership. The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) is a triage and advice hub for members of the public as well as professionals to share concerns about the welfare and safety of children in the county.
Contact Northamptonshire Children's Trust Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) on 0300 126 3000 / 7000 or report a concern online.
If it is an emergency and you think that a child may be in immediate danger, please contact the emergency services directly by calling 999.
What to do if you have a concern about an adult
If you have concerns in relation to an adult's behaviour, contact the West Northamptonshire Designated Officer.
