Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

At Welford we believe that every child has a right to education and we are a fully inclusive school. Our SEND Information report (available below) provides information regarding how we identify and support pupils with additional needs. You can also find our SEND Policy and its relevant appendices below. 

Our SENDCo is Mrs Abbie Underwood (also Head of School). She can be contacted via head@welford.pdet.org.uk 

If you have a concern about your child, please talk to their class teacher in the first instance and the teacher can arrange to have an initial consultation with Mrs Underwood.
